 About Us
Pinedale Hockey Association is a
member of Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA). WAHA is the
governing body for youth and adult amateur hockey in Wyoming. Members
associations include Casper, Cheyenne, Cody (Park County), Douglas,
Gillette, Jackson, Laramie, Pinedale, Riverton, Rock Springs, and
Sheridan. WAHA is a member of USA Hockey (www.usahockey.com)
which is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO. Wyoming, Montana, North
Dakota and South Dakota are the members of the Northern Plains District
(www.usahockey.com/northern plains)
Our
program is designed to provide a safe, responsible environment for the
conduct of ice hockey with an emphasis on sportsmanship, skill
development and teamwork. Youth play in the Wyoming Amateur Hockey
League (http://www.wyohockey.com) while Adult teams play teams from Jackson, Rock Springs, Casper, and sometimes Idaho, Utah and Colorado.
